Description
===========

      * File README
        The file you are reading

      * File WTTABLET.DRV
        Wintime Tablet for Mouse (absolute)

      * File WTCONFIG.EXE
        Wintime Tablet configuration for Windows 3.1 environment.

      * File OEMSETUP.INF
        Initial file for Windows setup.exe.


Installation
============

        insert the Wintime Utility Disk to your disk driver A:
        copy files into Windows directory as following command:

                >CD \(windows-directory)  <enter>
                >COPY A:\WINDOWS  <enter>

      * Using WTTABLET.DRV
        The file is a mouse driver used under Microsoft Windows 3.X
        above enviroment.  Its working area is absolute mapping to the
        screen.  The following are the steps to setup the mouse driver:

        1.  locate directory under Windows directory

                >CD \(windows-directory)  <enter>

        2.  run Windows setup procedure

                >SETUP  <enter>

        3.  move cursor (light bar) to select item "Mouse"

        4.  select item "Other"

        5.  back cursor to erase prefixal path "A:\" and enter new path
            "C:\(windows-directory)"

        6.  select item "Wintime Tablet for Mouse(absolute) 3.3" and
            exit

        7.  Now, you have an absolute mode mouse in Windows.


      * Using WTCONFIG.EXE
        This file allows you to do configuration for the Tablet's working
        mode and mapping area to screen.
        Following are the steps to use the WTCONFIG.EXE in Windows.

        1.  Double Click Control Panel Icon.

        2.  Double Click Tablet/Mouse Icon.

        3.  You can do configuration
